Online:
- Handles notification of transmittal from various locations to Pioneer offices.
- Used for monitoring of transmittal of cheques, documents, items, parcels, etc.
- In-transit transmittals are monitored as to ETA, courier used.
- Receiving of transmitted materials are also entered into the system.
- Transmittals not received after ETA + 1 day will send alarm notification to sender and receiver.
- Send notification to sender, Office Administrator of sender, recipient and Office Administrator of recipient.
- Cancellation of transmittal request.
- Delete and restore features for any items in inbox or sent item.
- Multiple selection of pooled transmittal request pick list for courier, waybill and ETA.
- For pooled transmittal, adding of option to which office it will be pooled.
- Attached multiple files.
- System reports for sent items group by weekly, monthly and filtered as received and not received items.
- Execute the XML File generated by offline transmittal system as entry for transmittal request.
Offline:
- Generate an output regarding the content of transmittal request as XML file.
- System will detect the necessary information for attachments.
- Security for XML files to prevent resending the transmittal request.
Transmittal Windows Service
- Handle the automation of sending notification for delayed transmittal request.
